Why cant I cast to Netflix on the QUDA Titan Pro?
Solution: You cannot cast your device to Netflix or other apps on the QUDA Titan Pro due to licensing restrictions.
We always advise using the built-in streaming apps such as Miracast (Android) and Transcreen (Apple iOS).
Why am I experiencing an issue with downloading apps?
Solution: We always recommend downloading apps from the projector’s app store as it receives routine updates and maintenance.
Why wont my projectors remote work with Netflix?
Solution: Netflix on the QUDA Titan requires the Mouse Mode function to operate. Press the Mouse Mode
button on the remote and use the up, down, left and right arrows to navigate.
Why is my QUDA Titan not connecting to my Wi-Fi Network?
Solution: Go to the settings app and ‘factory reset’ the QUDA Titan. When restarting, you should now be able to
connect to Wi-Fi.
Why is my QUDA Titan showing the wrong time?
Solution: Go to the projector’s settings and look for ‘Date and Time’. From here, select ‘Automatic date and
time’. This ensures that your QUDA Titan uses the correct time supplied by your Wi-Fi network.
Why won’t the Play Store work on my QUDA Titan?
Solution: Ensure that you are logged in to an active Google account on the Play Store. Also, ensure that your
QUDA Titan is connected to a stable Wi-Fi Network
